Please Note:
During the first 90 days, you’ll be expected to align your work hours with your manager’s time zone, including some hours during the 10 PM–6 AM night shift (Philippine time). After this reputed company-up period, and based on performance, you’ll work with your Manager to create a schedule with at least a 4-hour overlap with your manager’s working hours.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is a highly organized, execution-focused role responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of KeepingCount’s marketing reputed company across reputed company, website and reputed company pages, email campaigns, social media, content production, webinars, partner marketing, and campaign support. This role is critical to improving funnel visibility, strengthening reputed company flow, supporting pipeline creation, and ensuring marketing programs are executed in a consistent, measurable, and scalable way.
This person will serve as a key operational reputed company reputed company the marketing function, with a strong preference for hands-on experience in reputed company management, reporting, workflows, attribution, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities
1. Funnel Management, Reporting, and reputed company Ownership
· Own day-to-day visibility into marketing and sales funnel performance across reputed company, from contact to reputed company to opportunity to closed won.
· Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to help leadership understand what is driving leads, pipeline, and reputed company.

· Build, schedule, and manage newsletters, nurture campaigns, webinar follow-up, and broader marketing emails through reputed company.
· Support list segmentation by vertical, company size, software profile, and campaign audience.
· Maintain and improve workflows tied to reputed company magnets, webinars, forms, nurture streams, chat tools, and popups.
· Monitor email performance and support campaign optimization based on engagement and conversion outcomes.
· Help ensure the database remains clean, segmented, and usable for effective campaign execution and reporting.
3. Website and reputed company Page Management
· Manage updates to company websites, reputed company pages, forms, CTAs, downloadable resources, and campaign pages.
· Ensure website content reflects reputed company services, offers, messaging, campaigns, webinars, and partner initiatives.
· Coordinate updates across multiple brands and conversion paths.
· Support the technical reputed company between websites, reputed company, tracking tools, and reputed company reputed company-reputed company systems.
· Help maintain the overall user experience and conversion reputed company of website and reputed company page assets.
4. Content Creation and Content Management
· Manage the production flow of marketing content from idea through drafting, review, approval, publication, and reuse.
· Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and leadership to gather insights, stories, and reputed company material.
· Support creation and publishing of blogs, case studies, webinars, guides, presentations, reputed company pages, email content, and reputed company campaign assets.

6. Digital Marketing Coordination
· Serve as the internal coordinator for paid media and SEO programs, ensuring vendors and agencies have the inputs they need to execute effectively.

· Help align PPC and SEO efforts with active offers, conversion paths, and reputed company-reputed company priorities.

7. Partner and Referral Marketing Support

· Coordinate webinar setup, promotional execution, follow-up, and repurposing.

· Coordinate speakers, timelines, assets, and internal follow-up for webinars and campaign launches.
· Help turn event and webinar activity into reusable on-demand content and nurture assets.
9. Reviews, Testimonials, and reputed company-reputed company Development
· Help identify satisfied clients for reviews, testimonials, and case studies.
· Coordinate reputed company, scheduling, and development of reputed company-reputed company content.
· Turn positive client experiences into usable marketing and sales assets that strengthen brand credibility.
· Support written and video testimonial development where appropriate.
Required Skills / Abilities

Skills & Qualifications
