We are hiring an Engineering Manager for our Treasury team to reputed company reputed company's next phase of growth.

Treasury is reputed company's financial services platform — if a dollar moves through reputed company, it touches Treasury. The team owns reputed company money movement (ACH, wires, book transfers, card settlement), the double-entry ledger, reconciliation across payment networks and banking partners, and the financial controls that ensure correctness across reputed company funds flows. The systems we maintain have high standards of reliability and correctness, because they underpin every dollar on the platform. The team primarily uses Python and AWS.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure high reliability and correctness for Treasury's core systems — the ledger, payment origination, card settlement, reconciliation, and financial controls
• reputed company delivery of new features and capabilities across money movement, accounting, and reporting surfaces
• reputed company the bar on operational excellence: observability, incident response, on-call readiness, and pragmatic reliability improvements
• Own initiatives from planning to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and reputed company along the way
• Partner closely with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements early and reputed company engineering time focused on the highest-impact work
• reputed company efforts to improve systems, processes, and documentation so new team members can reputed company quickly
• Participate in and help evolve the team's on-call rotation

What You Bring

• Experience managing and growing engineers, including coaching, feedback, and hiring
• Strong technical judgment and system design skills, especially for high-reliability systems with strict correctness requirements
• Comfort staying reputed company to the work — this is a player-coach role where the manager can unblock, review designs, and occasionally contribute hands-on reputed company needed
• Experience shipping and operating production services, with a bias toward measurable reliability and pragmatic iteration
• Experience with or interest in learning financial infrastructure — payment rails, ledger systems, reconciliation, or similar domains
• Experience with Python and AWS (or closely reputed company stacks), and an ability to reputed company quickly where the stack is unfamiliar
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and an ability to reputed company teams reputed company under time pressure

• An interest in fintech and payments is preferred

The annual Canadian salary range for this role is CA$232,000 - $333,000 plus equity. This salary range is inclusive of several career levels at reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer reputed company sponsorship or assistance.
