Key Responsibilities:
MuleSoft Development (Primary Focus):
Design and implement API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to integrate internal and external clinical systems.
reputed company and maintain scalable, reusable APIs and integration flows supporting clinical trial data exchange (reputed company, CTMS, eTMF, IRT, and sponsor-facing platforms).
Ensure MuleSoft integrations meet compliance standards such as HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MuleSoft integration performance and reliability.
Stay reputed company with MuleSoft platform updates, integration best practices, and clinical research technology trends.
Automation & Orchestration Support:
Configure and maintain workflows using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and reputed company to automate business processes and system interactions.
Integrate automation solutions with MuleSoft APIs and other enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical workflows.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation jobs to ensure reliability and compliance.
General Integration Responsibilities:
Work closely with software engineers, data managers, clinical operations, and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Maintain documentation for integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
3+ years of experience in integration engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on MuleSoft development.
Experience with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and reputed company for workflow automation.
Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and integration patterns.
Familiarity with clinical systems (reputed company, CTMS, eTMF, IRT) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
