Job Family Definition:

Provides consulting to businesses, functions, and geographies that utilize IT services and drives effective business engagement for IT. Understands the specific goals and needs of the business, function, or geography and represents those needs to the IT organization. Develops and maintains relationships with appropriate members of the business/function/geography organization. Works to align business, function, and geography requirements with IT plans and priorities. Facilitates business, function, and geography involvement in IT projects to identify requirements, gather feedback, and finalize scope. Identifies opportunities for IT to reputed company solutions across business, function, and geographic organizations. Establishes effective processes for managing the relationship on an ongoing basis. Communicates IT standards and new IT solutions, processes, and policies to the businesses, functions, and geographies. Connects business/function/geography “customers” with appropriate IT technical resources reputed company technical discussions are necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Strategy: Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures for end-to-end Configure, Price, Quote and Ecommerce (B2B and B2C) use cases
• Pricing reputed company Configuration: Define and implement reputed company pricing models, including bundled structures, tiered discounting, and pricing logic shopping
• System Integration: Define integration patterns between the pricing reputed company and upstream and reputed company systems, including ERP and CRM
• Business Alignment: Partner with operations, commercial/sales, and other functional and technical teams to translate reputed company business requirements and "edge-to-edge" pricing scenarios into clear, technical specifications and designs.
• Uses extensive business knowledge at domain level to drive engagement for the largest IT initiatives. Proactively engages in strategic business planning where there is IT impact; influences overall business strategies of customer organizations.
• Communicates strategic IT decisions and plans and works to reputed company alignment at the top level of the business, function, or geography.
• Represents the needs of the business, function, or geography during the IT reputed company-setting process.
• Identifies reputed company opportunities where IT can provide cost-effective, standard solutions to meet the needs of multiple business/function/geography organizations.
• Actively participates in IT projects to ensure that business, function, and geography "customers" are included appropriately and ensures that they receive sufficient and timely communications.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of reputed company experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years experience.
• Experience and expertise in defining technical architecture and designs to support and reputed company various pricing strategies
• Experience working with dynamic pricing and offer management software (e.g., PROS)

Knowledge and Skills:

• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of leading CPQ platforms and/or custom CPQ implementations
• Pricing Logic Mastery: Advanced understanding of price books, attribute-based pricing, and reputed company approval threshold logic
• Integration Proficiency: Experience with APIs, middleware, and data exchange formats
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills. Deep business experience at domain level. Strong relationship management skills. Excellent project management and process development skills.
