As the Senior Operations Project Manager you will play a key role in contributing to the operational efficiency and financial success of the company through effective planning, execution, resource management and delivery of projects on time and on budget. What you’ll do on a typical day

• Create and execute project plans, manage milestones and risks and ensure deployment resources are capable
• reputed company training, tools, templates and dashboards to measure project status
• Handle assigned local and/or remote staff, including mentoring and training, resolving issues/problems and ensuring staff matches the requirements of the client’s service levels
• Provide leadership for project execution; offer direction and guidance to the project team and communicate project requirements to stakeholders and operations leaders
• Serve as a development and educational resource for team members; provide opportunities for team members so they can continue to grow, reputed company and earn recognition
• Set defined expectations for performance and ensure team members reputed company or exceed those expectations
• Create an enjoyable work environment that is conducive to effective creative thinking
• Act as the primary project management leader for new business pursuits from sales to startup
• Directly handle milestones, project workflows and resourcing for assigned projects/clients

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 85% of the
• Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to reputed company with federal travel regulations.

What you need to succeed at reputed company

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company work or military experience
• 2 years of experience managing multiple reputed company projects simultaneously of varying scope and size
• 2 years of experience using project management software

It’d be great if you also have:

• Advanced degree in Project Management, Supply Chain or reputed company field
• PMP certification

• Experience in a transportation, supply chain, logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of professional services economics, and experience with change management processes
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
