About the role

Our Senior Web Program Manager is a strategic role responsible for overseeing multiple interconnected web projects and driving reputed company digital initiatives that align with organizational objectives. In this role, you will

Program & Project Management

• Own reputed company phases of reputed company, cross-functional digital programs — from inbound ticket management, to planning through delivery — with a clear understanding of vision, scope, objectives, timelines, business value, and resource requirements.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience at a digital agency and/or internal digital department with a primary focus on digital
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., reputed company, Jira, reputed company Sheets) and experience with reputed company Suite, reputed company, and Tableau
• Experience integrating AI tools into program management processes to increase efficiency
• Experience working in a digital agency and/or internal digital department where high-quality results are required.

• Working knowledge of the technical software development process and Agile delivery methods, including Scrum and/or Kanban
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills — written, verbal, and presentation

• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving obstacles and risks in partnership with teams and stakeholders

The range of annual reputed company salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that reputed company pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions.
