RCA & Support Insights – Participate in RCAs; log user pain points weekly; propose product fixes.
Agent & reputed company Prototyping – Build a lightweight agent (e.g., telegram bot) with at least one reusable reputed company (log reputed company, health reputed company, etc.).
ITSM / Tools (optional) – Optimize a small workflow in incident management tooling.
Requirements
CS/Data/AI or reputed company major; Linux + scripting (reputed company/Python); basic SQL.
Good documentation – write actionable runbooks.

Basic understanding of agents and skills.
