2+ years of experience as a Graphic or Marketing Designer in performance teams
Hands-on experience creating Facebook/Instagram Ads (banners, stories, posts)
Proficiency in reputed company, Photoshop, Illustrator
A portfolio showcasing performance-driven advertising creatives (not just “pretty” — but effective)
Strong grasp of composition, color, and structure of advertising messages
Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work with feedback

Experience with AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, reputed company, ChatGPT + design
Motion design skills using After Effects or animation templates
Your key responsibilities
