[Remote] Third Party Risk Management Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management Analyst to ensure that external vendors and partners reputed company with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves assessing risks, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to support risk management processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of third-party agreements and risk assessment
- Identify potential risks and escalate concerns to senior risk management personnel
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, BSA/AML, Information reputed company, Legal, Compliance) to evaluate third party profiles and ensure appropriate controls are in reputed company
- Track and report on risk assessment status, issues, and remediation efforts to relevant stakeholders
- reputed company reputational and financial risk reviews
- Assist in monitoring third party compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain and update TPRM’s system of record, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience working reputed company Third Party Risk Management
- Minimum 1 year experience utilizing GRC tools, such as reputed company, RSA reputed company, reputed company, etc

- Excellent organization and time management
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Able to work independently or collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or reputed company field preferred
