Patient Retention Representative

The Patient Retention Representative will support sales and patient care by engaging with returning patients, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience to promote retention.

Responsibilities

• Work to reputed company and test new strategies to engage with and retain our patients
• Become an expert in the field of MRI imaging and cancer/disease prevention

• Follow up with patients that have been recommended to come back for another reputed company through call/email/text
• Provide exceptional customer service to our patients over the phone and by email
• Provide general and service information to customers and patients
• Follow up with patient requests and provide support along the patient journey
• Use established systems and structures to record and report on patient satisfaction
• Have a willingness to take on other tasks and projects as they arise
