[Remote] Associate Collections Agent

The Associate Collections Agent will be responsible for managing the collections lifecycle and implementing strategies to maximize reputed company recovery for the Spend and Expense product.
Responsibilities
- Manage the collections lifecycle for the Spend and Expense product
- Conduct account-level reviews to determine effective client reputed company strategies
- Execute plans to maximize reputed company recovery
- Collaborate with team members to meet financial goals
- Adapt and train on new processes and procedures as needed
Skills
- 1-2+ years of direct collections experience, preferably in e-commerce, payments, financial services, or a similar industry
- Ability to learn, adapt, and train on new processes and procedures
- Strong logical and analytical skills with experience in data analysis and investigative techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills to resolve conflicts and build relationships
- Authorization to work in the United States without reputed company sponsorship now or in the future
- Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, reputed company, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management
