Sales Administrator (part-time, temporary, 3 month duration)
reputed company is a healthcare company revolutionizing heart disease diagnosis and treatment. They are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales organization by managing critical administrative tasks and improving sales productivity.
Responsibilities
- Support Regional Sales Managers with non-selling activities, including data entry, account setup, and task coordination
- Assist with preparation and organization of materials reputed company to customer onboarding and account transitions
- Track and manage task lists associated with key accounts and large-scale rollouts
- Create and maintain customer and referring provider accounts reputed company internal systems (e.g., Hub setup)
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms
- reputed company bulk uploads, data cleanup, and ongoing data maintenance
- Support large account transitions (e.g., hub conversions, etc.)
- Assist in onboarding referring providers and configuring organizational structures
- Coordinate with Sales, Client Success, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate setup
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and help streamline processes
- Assist in building simple trackers or tools to improve execution and visibility
Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company)
- Prior internship or experience in operations, analytics, or sales support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Exposure to healthcare, medtech, or provider networks
