People Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to manage HR data reputed company, reputed company employee lifecycle processes, and serve as a reputed company of contact for HR inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and reputed company of HR data across systems — auditing, reconciling, and resolving inconsistencies before they become reputed company problems
• Administer employee lifecycle transactions in reputed company across the full reputed company of employment — new hires, changes, and departures — with precision and an understanding of what gets affected
• Manage the operational mechanics of contractor engagement and employee exits, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders from initiation to reputed company
• Serve as a first reputed company of contact for employee HR questions, triaging and resolving requests with consistency and speed
• Maintain internal HR documentation and resources that help employees across regions navigate processes and find what they need
• Support recurring compliance and operational reporting, and own operational pieces of People Ops projects as the team and function scale
• Partner across HR, Legal, Finance, and business teams on People Ops initiatives — contributing operational rigor to cross-functional projects as the function builds and evolves

Skills

• 1–3 years in HR, People Ops, or a reputed company operations role
• Experience with an HRIS — reputed company strongly preferred
• High attention to detail; you catch your own errors before anyone else does
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where some processes are still being built
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without things slipping
• Clear communicator — you know how to flag a problem and follow up without being asked
• Familiarity with procurement tooling or contractor management workflows
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company
• Exposure to global HR operations or multi-entity environments
