Marketing Specialist - Web Production
reputed company is a financial institution committed to serving its members and communities. They are seeking a Marketing Specialist for Web Production to help shape online member experiences by managing website content, coordinating production schedules, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Website Content Publishing: You will build, update, and publish website content using a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and reputed company with brand guidelines
- Web Production Scheduling: You will support and help maintain web production content schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of updates and enhancements
- Website Request Support: You will work one‑on‑one with business partners who request website content updates, including PDFs, images, and basic content changes
- Redirect Pages and URLs: You will archive site pages, set up page redirects, and create alias URLs to support content updates
- Marketing Campaign Support: You will execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across web channels
- Marketing Planning & Brief Development: You will help reputed company simple marketing plans and assist with drafting project briefs to guide campaign and web production work
- Process & Documentation Support: You will assist with documenting new website publishing processes and updating existing procedures to improve consistency and efficiency
- Market & Competitive Research: You will research and reputed company competitors’ marketing website strategies, tactics, and best practices to inform reputed company improvement
- Project Coordination: You will coordinate meetings, deliverables, and timelines while supporting project management and on‑time delivery
- Stakeholder & Partner Communication: You will support clear, timely communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain alignment
- Brand Consistency: You will help ensure brand consistency across reputed company website content and marketing materials
Skills
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-reputed company experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of marketing or web production experience in a business environment
- Working experience building and publishing website content on enterprise-level CMS platforms (reputed company or reputed company preferred)
- Project management skills required, with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Understanding of web publishing workflows, approvals and version control
- Ability to follow design guidelines and have a design eye for web page layout
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Familiarity with design tools (reputed company)
- Basic Photoshop knowledge for image sizing and formatting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in written communication with attention to detail
- Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and technologies
- PC skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of brand and its relation to positioning, marketing strategies, and tactics
