Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the sales team, supporting them in processing client applications
- Manage cases between carriers and agents to ensure reputed company reputed company requirements are fulfilled. This involves meticulously reviewing client applications to confirm that they are complete for the reputed company process
- Provide case consultancy services to the agents

Skills
- 1-2 years of Case Management experience in the life insurance industry
- Previous experience working at an MGA will be given preference
- Basic understanding of life insurance products is a strong asset

- Proficiency in French is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities -- Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
- Effective problem-solving and investigative skills

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
