They are looking for a Compensation & People Analytics Analyst and AI Builder who will analyze compensation and workforce data, build analytical tools, and support internal processes reputed company to payroll and equity programs using modern AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation and workforce data using SQL and reputed company
- Support development and maintenance of compensation benchmarking and analytics
- Assist with workforce data analysis reputed company to hiring, performance, and organizational structure
- Build and maintain analytical models, datasets, and dashboards
- Organize, clean, and structure datasets reputed company to compensation and organizational roles
- Improve processes and workflows reputed company to people analytics and reporting
- Experiment with AI tools and automation to enhance analytical work
- Build small internal tools or systems to support data-driven decision-making
- Document analytical methodologies and ensure data accuracy and transparency
Skills
- Early career (up to ~2 years of experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on working with data
- Basic proficiency in SQL and experience working with structured datasets
- Ability and willingness to learn new data tools, platforms, and analytical techniques
- Interest in organizations, labor markets, or people analytics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience or interest in building tools, workflows, or projects using AI technologies
- Effective communication skills and ability to explain analytical insights clearly
- Familiarity with compensation or other HR domain knowledge
- Background in social science (sociology, economics, organization science)
