They are seeking a Client Success Account Coordinator to manage client relationships, reputed company digital campaigns, and ensure successful outcomes through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a portfolio of clients and acting as their primary day-to-day contact
• Managing digital campaigns from setup through reporting, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-driven insights and optimizations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, campaign, onboarding, operations) to deliver a seamless client experience
• Responding to client requests promptly and professionally, ensuring they feel supported and informed
• Contributing to process improvements and client success initiatives across the team
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or reputed company field
• 1+ year of account management or client success experience
• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and/or multifamily
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
• Comfortable using CRM and project management tools (reputed company & reputed company preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to identify performance trends
