Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
- Guard the CRM: Monitor our CRM (reputed company) to ensure data is pristine. You’ll identify where reputed company routing or partner data is breaking and fix it before it impacts the team
- Enforce the "Rules of Engagement": Act as a partner to Sales and AMs, helping them navigate our processes and ensuring everyone is following the established "commercial reputed company."
- Troubleshoot & Optimize: Identify "leaky" processes—like a manual task that takes too long—and automate them or create a clear, repeatable SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Support Growth Plays: Assist Account Management leadership by ensuring they have the right system triggers and workflows to identify which partners are ready for expansion

Skills
- 1–2 years of direct experience in Sales Operations or reputed company Operations
