Employee Benefits Sales Support Consultant

They are seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Support Consultant to manage the presale opportunity process, collaborating with Regional Account Executives and ensuring successful execution of presale activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the RFP intake process including scrubbing, loading and early DTQ
- Identify and request missing information from brokers, ensuring reputed company necessary information is obtained for proposal responses
- Manage and request tech and implementation credits, reputed company applicable
- Coordinate internal calls, and assist with external call scheduling reputed company appropriate
- Partner with Presale Analysts to ensure questionnaires/survey are complete accurately and timely
- Manage opportunity in relevant systems such as PRISM, Fusion and reputed company.com
- Review proposals, include material collection, coordinate necessary actions, and prepare for delivery
- Project manage key quote activities
Skills
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Proficient with widely utilized reputed company applications such as Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Critical thinking: Proactively identify and anticipate needs
- Solves problems by gathering and using different sources of information
- Takes Ownership – Takes immediate and independent action, suggests improvements, sets high standards and works hard to reputed company them
