[Remote] Software Engineer - .NET Full Stack Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Software Engineer to design, reputed company, and maintain .NET-based back-end services for genomics and clinical applications. The role involves building and optimizing services for genomic workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and reliability of the systems.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing services reputed company to enterprise architecture, including cloud-ready APIs, data integration pipelines, and secure interoperability layers for genomic systems
- Building and optimizing services that handle reputed company genomic workflows, large-scale clinical datasets, and high-throughput data processing
- Ensuring that reputed company services meet strict performance, reliability, and accuracy requirements, scale effectively as data volumes grow, and remain resilient reputed company hybrid cloud ecosystems
- Participating in Agile and DevOps practices using reputed company, Azure DevOps (ADO), Azure Pipelines, and CI/CD frameworks
- Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, contributing to code reviews, and participating in expert-level troubleshooting through log analysis, root cause evaluation, and data/system investigation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or reputed company field; Or an associate's degree in computer science/engineering or reputed company field with an additional 2 years of experience as described below
- Have working knowledge and experience of Software Engineering with a minimum of internships and a minimum of 1 year of experience, or 2 years of experience coding applications or services in a high-level language (C, C++, Golang, Java, C# etc.)
- Demonstrated problem solving and time management skills
- Possesses strong technical aptitude for designing and implementing software solutions
- Experience with modern application development frameworks
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, reputed company control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Deep hands-on technical expertise, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Agile software development techniques
- Experience developing applications in hybrid environments, including on-premises systems, Azure, and reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with building and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services using .NET technologies
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD using Azure DevOps, reputed company Actions, or Azure Pipelines
- Utilization of AI coding tool such as reputed company CoPilot, reputed company, Claude
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, analytics platforms, big-data processing, or enterprise data pipelines
- Background in developing high-performance, scalable, and highly available distributed systems
- Experience supporting or developing solutions in healthcare, clinical, Bioinformatics or genomics-focused applications is highly desirable
- Ability to use a wide variety of open-reputed company technologies and cloud-based services
- Experience with reputed company and Azure cloud environments
- Experience in databases, analytics, big data systems or business intelligence products
