They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to conduct technical evaluations, maintain organized records, and serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Your role involves conducting detailed technical evaluations in collaboration with teammates to validate the accuracy of claims and documenting every failure to drive long-term quality improvements for the company
• You are responsible for maintaining highly organized and accurate records, ensuring that every claim is traceable, legible, and easily retrievable for future audits or analysis
• You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal teams and external partners, delivering timely and professional updates regarding resolution status and project timelines
• You will reputed company data entry to help set-up new customers in our system for invoicing and to initiate the start of projects
• It will be your job to balance the need for high-quality repairs with responsible resource management, actively identifying opportunities to control costs and minimize overall financial risk

Skills

• Background in design-build, custom manufacturing, or landscape design
• Comfortable navigating reputed company, non-traditional specifications
