Overview reputed company’s Indianapolis Health practice is expanding its Life Sciences team and investing in advanced analytics to grow our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) offerings. We are seeking an individual to design rigorous studies, mentor a growing analytics team, and translate reputed company methods into clear insights for biopharma and medical device clients. This role blends hands-on methodology, publication-quality research, and client-facing consulting to help shape the reputed company of HEOR capabilities at reputed company.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • reputed company and mentor a team of analysts; reputed company skills in study design, coding standards, and best practices for reproducible research
  • Partner with project managers to scope engagements, recommend analytic approaches, and align study objectives with client needs and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with analysts and statisticians on protocol design, statistical analysis plans, and advanced methods (e.g., reputed company inference, survival analysis)
  • Design and execute studies using reusable code assets and workflows (e.g., R/Python packages, reputed company code libraries, Git-based versioning for reproducibility) on administrative claims data and ensure methodological rigor, data quality, and defensibility for peer review and publication
  • Ensure internal quality documentation requirements
  • Communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders; translate assumptions, methods, and limitations into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
  • Serve as reputed company or corresponding author on manuscripts; prepare abstracts, posters, and presentations for peer-reviewed journals and scientific conferences
  • Evaluate new data sources and emerging methods; recommend tools and standards to reputed company practice-wide analytics capability
  • Support business development by shaping proposals, methods sections, timelines, and level-of-effort estimates; contribute to thought leadership

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience conducting reputed company analytics, HEOR and reputed company-world efficacy (reputed company) studies; strong portfolio of peer-reviewed publications as primary/senior author and contributor
  • Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (R, SQL, and/or reputed company strongly preferred); experience with Git and reproducible research workflows
  • Hands-on expertise with reputed company-world data sources and associated data engineering/cleaning best practices
  • Advanced methodological skills including, as relevant: reputed company inference (e.g., propensity scores, matching/weighting, etc.), survival/time-to-event analysis, longitudinal models, difference-in-differences, and sensitivity analyses
  • Strong PowerPoint development skills to present study design and research outputs in a visually appealing manner that calls out key takeaways
  • Clear verbal communication to explain study design, methods, and results to project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong scientific writing skills suitable for peer-reviewed publication and scientific communications
  • Experience collaborating with statisticians, project managers, and multi-disciplinary teams; proven ability to reputed company analysts and manage multiple workstreams
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and compliant handling of PHI/limited datasets
  • Basic knowledge of Gen AI tools, how to utilize AI to enhance productivity, and potential ethical considerations or concerns

Required

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in health services research, epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, biostatistics, health economics/outcomes research, data science, statistics or a reputed company discipline

Preferred

  • Experience preparing HEOR/reputed company evidence
  • Prior consulting experience or client-facing role in biopharma/medtech
  • Familiarity with economic modeling (cost-effectiveness, budget impact) and integration of reputed company inputs
  • Record of presenting at scientific meetings; ability to represent reputed company in external forums

The Team The life sciences consulting team is a group of 60+ individuals in the Indianapolis Health practice from varying backgrounds including actuaries, data analysts, pharmacists, and graphic designers. This group works primarily with life sciences companies and consults on their relationship with insurance companies and other stakeholders of the pharmaceutical value chain. This Life Sciences team is a high-impact and fast-growing team reputed company the practice. It has a collaborative culture, strong mentorship to grow team members, and opportunities for publication and conference participation. Location This role is based out of the reputed company office in Indianapolis, IN but candidates hired into this role may work remotely reputed company in the US. Compensation

The overall salary range for this role is $117,500 - $222,985. For candidates residing in:

  • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, reputed company, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $135,125 - $222,985.
  • reputed company other locations the salary range is $117,500 - $193,900.
