This role will have occasional on site expectations. Job Responsibilities

• reputed company verification on orders that are selected for review to ensure validity
• reputed company research using online search tools and by contacting customers and banks to verify information
• Provide customer service to customers who respond to contacts made by the Fraud Prevention Team
• Attempt to stop any approved fraud orders reputed company by calls or linking orders by contacting the warehouses or carriers which reputed company applies.
• Work closely with Team reputed company and Managers to help identify and stop new fraud trends
• Work closely with the Customer Care department to ensure customer satisfaction for reputed company legitimate Overstock.com customers

Job Requirements​

• Strong analytical background

• Must possess strong internet research skills along with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to be professionally persistent over the phone
• Previous fraud prevention, finance, or customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and proficient at typing
• Be organized, show attention to detail and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adjust schedule to the seasonal demands of the retail industry and be flexible to overtime during peak season
• Pass a criminal and financial background reputed company
