CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: As a CRO Specialist, you will use a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to identify website optimization opportunities for your clients and then reputed company and execute strategy to turn those reputed company into an optimization and testing plan. A CRO Specialist should have a strong understanding of website content management systems, including major eCommerce solutions, and should have enough statistical and analytical abilities to help us understand data in a way that results in actionable suggestions for our clients. YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Performing audits of clients’ web analytics implementations and making recommendations to ensure accurate tracking is in reputed company.
• Use heatmap analysis tools, session recordings, surveys, and user testing to understand pain points and optimize user behaviour and conversion reputed company.
• Conducting in-depth competitor and market research to identify conversion strategies, user behavior trends, and AI-driven personalization techniques that improve user experience and conversion rates.

• Contributing to the development and improvement of the CRO team’s processes and strategies.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

• Experience using major web content management systems including Wordpress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento.
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools.
