AI Transformation & Strategy Consultant
About the position We are seeking an AI Transformation & Strategy Consultant to help our clients identify, design, and implement practical AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and emerging technology, with a focus on embedding AI (including agent-based solutions) into real-world workflows. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical partners to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions, pilot AI use cases, and scale adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify & Shape AI Opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation across business functions
- Translate business challenges into clear use cases, workflows, and solution designs
- Define success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and business outcomes
- Design & Deliver AI-Enabled Solutions

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in consulting, program management, business analysis, or technology transformation
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience supporting digital, data, or AI-reputed company initiatives in a consulting or enterprise environment
- Experience partnering with legal, risk, or compliance teams to ensure AI or data-driven solutions meet internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, automation, AI agents) and exposure to tools such as reputed company, Claude, or workflow automation platforms
- Understanding of how systems (CRM, data platforms, internal tools) support business processes
