Job Summary

As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, while also handling data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, process new patient enrollments, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

• Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.

Essential Capabilities
