The Role
As a Part-Time REMOTE Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and voice mails. You'll be responsible for providing clear and concise communications, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating reputed company problems to our Tier 2 team. You'll also be responsible for tracking and resolving issues, working with our Tier 2 team to ensure seamless handoffs, and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st level technical issues reputed company inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts
- Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedule, requested reputed company and delivery times
- Work with Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and reputed company

Your Qualifications:
* High School Diploma

- Ability to multi-task (i.e. talking and typing simultaneously) in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrate professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
