Job Description:

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a strong ability to multitask and handle multiple customer communications simultaneously. Your technical skills will be put to the test as you navigate complex issues and provide creative solutions to our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for web and mobile apps
  • Multitask and handle multiple customer communications simultaneously
  • Utilize Zendesk and other ticketing systems to manage customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on technical issues

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 or above, Mac, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android devices
  • Experience with Zendesk and other ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with e-books and digital content

  • Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app
  • Strong knowledge of customer support software and tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
