Job Description
As a Full Stack Sports Support/Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and player advice to fantasy sports enthusiasts. You will be the face of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our interactive fantasy sports platform and resolving any issues they may encounter. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide superior customer support and player advice to fantasy sports enthusiasts
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Efficient in website/digital navigation and interaction
- Strong knowledge of and passion for sports
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reputed company programs
