Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to HIX customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
- Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and CRM software to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other State systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
