Responsibilities

As an Overnight Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
• Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.

Qualifications
