Job Summary
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Phone Intake, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and referral sources reputed company phone. Your primary focus will be on collecting clinical and demographic information, entering it into our reputed company portal, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from patients, providers, and referral sources
- Collect clinical and demographic information and enter it into our reputed company portal
- Provide empathetic support and expert guidance to patients and reputed company
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, escalating reputed company cases to senior team members as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and care plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry with medical terminology
- Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
- Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while active listening)
- Basic PC and search reputed company abilities (e.g., use the mouse to click, troubleshooting, working with reputed company Office, opening a browser, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, and navigating the use of back/reputed company buttons)
