Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers
• Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate solutions for a positive experience
• Learning and adhering to reputed company customer service procedures and policies
• Striving to exceed personal and team targets, goals, and quotas
• Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and profile/account changes

Essential Qualifications
