Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in assisting with application administration and data migration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering and organizing user data and organizational information into the system with high accuracy
- Assisting the development team in building tools to support data migration and application setup
- Providing support to end users, ensuring their credentials and accounts are properly established
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues
- Working a shift that aligns with assigned divisions (shift options: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST)
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with accuracy
- Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are a plus
- Any Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support experience is a bonus
