The Role
As an Energy Specialist in our EuroHub operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers across the UK and Europe. You'll be the main reputed company of call for our customers, and you'll be expected to take full responsibility for reputed company issues that you come across. You'll be fully trained in every aspect of the customer experience, and you'll be provided with ongoing training and development to help you grow and succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers across the UK and Europe

- Work collaboratively with our teams to resolve customer queries and provide suitable solutions

Essential Qualifications
