Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering data into our database system, updating reputed company records, and ensuring the reputed company of our data. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Recording, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of multiple types of data into our database system
• Entering information into our work order and document control system, as well as completing manual forms as needed
• Possessing a thorough understanding of our document control and record files
• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
• Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
• Knowledge of photocopying and scanning
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with reputed company and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and timelines
• Coordinating activities with plant supervisors, maintenance, and other personnel to optimize performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in data entry or a reputed company field
• Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard reputed company Office products
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move from reputed company to reputed company in reputed company areas of production, and climb reputed company or platforms while wearing reputed company safety and production-reputed company equipment
• Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
