Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience with reputed company and respect. You'll take inbound calls from customers, providing support and guidance on a range of topics, including:
- Assisting customers plan for retirement
- Accessing investments
- Updating personal information
- Supporting families during bereavements
You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability will ensure that every interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support and guidance on life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans
- Update customer records and information accurately and reputed company
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling times and customer satisfaction ratings
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of life assurance, savings, investments, and pension plans
- Experience with CRM systems and other IT applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment, with occasional travel to our office in Edinburgh
