Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their reputed company
- Running reports in reputed company and working collaboratively with the team
- Providing excellent customer service through verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service-reputed company experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with reputed company (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365
- Self-motivated and team-oriented individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
