The Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Voice of the Customer (VOC) analytics and insights team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

- Provide guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems

- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Experience working with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to design, reputed company, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
