The Role
As a Data Entry Specialist in our Talent Data Operations & Insights team, you'll play a critical role in developing insights-driven talent strategies that drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with our Talent Partners and Delivery leaders to provide actionable insights, identify opportunities, and reputed company data models that inform business decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong domain knowledge in business location and understanding of our internal data ecosystem
- Experience in developing and executing talent strategies, evaluations, and insights plans
- Proven track record of delivering reputed company analysis and insights that support strategic initiatives
