Your Role
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of arenaflex's Item Association and Innovation Development. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Item and Designing, Promoting, Events, and Finance, to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of item features, marketing efforts, and customer engagement, and identify opportunities for item upgrades and productivity gains through data analysis, experimentation, automation, and innovation improvements
- Utilize advanced data analysis methods to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, impacting item development, marketing strategies, and product advancements
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in driving item and customer analysis, experimentation, and insights reputed company global top-tier innovation organizations, preferably e-commerce
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, building and driving information science and analysis teams
- Demonstrated history of delivering effective insights, driving business results, and reputed company item advancement through data-driven methodologies and experimentation
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R/reputed company, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Item and Designing, Promoting, Events, and Finance
- Previous C-level/Executive Board exposure. Experience contributing to and having in-depth conversations with C-level partners
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics)
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
