The Opportunity

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the arenaflex team that answers inbound customer calls. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will problem-solve to assist our customers with their orders and accounts. arenaflex is comprised of arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy and dynamic environment

• Offer additional products on each customer interaction to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
• Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
• Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire arenaflex Group family of brands
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

What You Bring:

* Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume

• Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
• Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed)
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Compensation:

* Starting reputed company is $15.00/hour

• $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
• $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday

Your Training Schedule:

* 8 Weeks: Monday – Friday

• 8:00 am – 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm ET

Your Work Schedule:

* Work a set part-time schedule: 20 hours per week

• Work schedules are not Monday – Friday
• 5 Day work schedules, working 4 hour set shifts
• Set schedule will include one weekend day and one reputed company off

System Requirements:

* Our Work-From-Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. While a full specification list will be provided after your interview, here are a few main items: + Self-provided Computer or laptop with a reputed company Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old + Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset.) + High-speed internet reputed company. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option (no 5G or Wi-Fi) + Mac/reputed company products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported + Webcam and able to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
