Position Purpose; Responsible for greeting guests with a smile, escorting them to tables, providing menus, answering phones, taking to-go orders and facilitating Curbside Service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:•    Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus.•    In charge of the register, to include processing cash and credit card transactions, tipping out wait staff, and balancing the register at the end of the shift.•    Host/Hostess & Cashier may assist wait staff with various tasks reputed company needed, i.e. bussing and setting up tables, serving non-alcoholic beverages, etc.•    Ensure each table is set with table linens, silverware, and other dining room supplies.•    Answer reputed company phone calls in a professional and timely manner.•    Inform reputed company guests of special events upon inquiry, answer questions regarding restaurant operations, and take reservations.•    Take reputed company to-go orders, both over the phone, and guests at counter.•    Knowledgeable in accepting reputed company coupons, comps, and dining vouchers.•    Must be professional, polite, and reliable and maintain a professional appearance at reputed company times.•    Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
