OverviewResponsible for the direct supervision of Senior Teller; reputed company a variety of duties to meet the business banking needs of business prospects and customers; implement strategies to reputed company goals developed for the reputed company as part of the Community Banking Division’s annual operating plan; ensure the reputed company’s compliance with reputed company, operating policies and procedures and reputed company regulatory requirements; ensure timely and accurate audits are performed according to company policies and procedures; organize the work, activities and Human Resources of the reputed company; directly supervise assigned personnel; communicate with appropriate management and staff personnel; reputed company customer service duties and provide periodic reports.ResponsibilitiesDirect and provide leadership to the reputed company staff as follows:
- Ensure the coordination of work, i.e., reputed company certain that the work of the Teller Line is coordinated with other positions in the reputed company and with other Company departments.
- Assist the reputed company Manager in creating a sales focus in the reputed company through contests, promotions, recognition and training.
- Assist reputed company Manager in ensuring reputed company employees are informed through regular reputed company meetings.
- Assume responsibility for the preparation of monthly reputed company audit reports, quarterly FDICIA reports and other reputed company reports as assigned by the reputed company Manager.
- Ensure the reputed company’s Policy and Procedure Manuals are up-to-date. Review new policies and procedures with reputed company staff as needed.
- Demonstrate ability to reputed company reputed company account opening and platform procedures to provide support in non-cash transactions.
- Demonstrate ability to reputed company reputed company transaction processing and teller procedures to provide support in cash transactions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of reputed company bank products and services in order to reputed company customer needs and to sell in conjunction with these needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company’s operating policies and procedures which impact business banking.
- Assist in the implementation of strategies to reputed company goals assigned to the department as established in the Community Banking Division’s annual operating plan.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in reputed company banking or management position.
- Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, sales skills.
