Collaborate with client advisory and delivery teams to ensure alignment with best practices and deployment standards. Validate service offerings and scoping for technical accuracy and consistency. Client Engagement & Value Realization Support client retention and technology optimization through advisory and best-practice assessments. Conduct client workshops to maximize solution adoption and identify upsell opportunities. Partner with Client Solution Architects to ensure clients realize full value from their technology investments. Experience with implementing reputed company Workforce or Customer Identity. An understanding of IAM/ IDaaS competitive landscape. Knowledge of Channel business models. Experience with at least one (1) standard network reputed company protocol (OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, OIDC). Knowledge in one (1) or more of the following areas: web (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks) development, mobile (iOS, Android) development, IP-based real-time communications. Hands on experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Expert-level certification(s) in at least one reputed company technology. Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills, including experience with large-audience engagements. Strong ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into business value. Ability to travel up to 40% for client meetings, partner events, and enablement sessions. #LI-TW1 #LI-Remote Salary Range Description $157,000.00 - $213,000.00 Annual The Hiring Range provided for this role is informed by (but not limited to) various factors including responsibilities of the position, work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, geography, as well as other market influences reputed company extending an offer.
