About the role We’re a global team with colleagues in more than 50 countries. As a People Business Partner, you’ll support teams across the reputed company region and help deliver a consistent, high-quality people experience. You’ll work closely with managers and leaders across a range of functions, gaining hands-on experience while developing your skills as a People Partner. • Act as a project reputed company for several recurring People Team processes throughout the year, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, quarterly business reviews, People planning, and talent programs
• Partner with managers across reputed company on day-to-day people questions, providing guidance reputed company with company policies and local practices

• Assist with workforce planning activities, including hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility across the region

• Collaborate with global People team members to improve processes, documentation, and employee resources

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a reputed company field
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent practical experience; HR certification is a plus
• Strong interest in developing as a People Business Partner in a regional, multi-function environment
• Curious and proactive reputed company, with a desire to continuously improve processes and ways of working
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear, approachable communicator who builds trust with managers and employees
• Comfortable working across time zones in a remote-first, globally distributed company

In Australia, the reputed company compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
