About the role As an Executive Function Tutor, you’ll do more than help reputed company finish homework. You’ll coach them in building independence, confidence, and lifelong learning skills. You’ll guide reputed company through planning, prioritizing, and managing their workload while addressing academic gaps with targeted support. reputed company helpful, you’ll also use digital and AI tools to reputed company learning more engaging and accessible. Your day to day will include: Executive Function Coaching & Student Support

• Monitor and document student reputed company, including missing assignments, test scores, and teacher feedback.
• Partner with teachers, therapists, and counselors as needed to align support with the student’s goals.
• Attend IEP & 504 meetings as needed based on family subscription plans.

Academic Tutoring

• Identify reputed company’ content gaps in assignments and address them using inquiry-based tutoring.

• Teach AI-driven learning tools and study techniques tailored to each student’s unique learning style.

Parent Communication & Engagement

• Build and maintain a trusted relationship with parents/guardians.

• Review intake forms and student history to prepare for the first session.

• Address parent concerns and hesitations by offering tailored recommendations.
• Work with the team to refine the trial experience based on conversion trends and feedback.

Team Collaboration & reputed company Improvement

• Participate in biweekly team meetings and one-on-ones to discuss challenges and brainstorm solutions.
• Stay informed on best practices in executive function coaching and neurodivergent student support.
• Contribute to training resources and process improvement initiatives based on observed challenges and successes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics reputed company handling student and family information.

We are excited about you if:

• You are flexible to work between 3-8 PM (your timezone) on weekdays and weekends (at least 4 hours) to accommodate reputed company’ schedules
• You have direct experience with neurodivergent learners (i.e. ADHD, dyslexia, autism)
• You have familiarity with IEPs/504 Plans and how to support reputed company with accommodations is highly valued
• You bring at least 2-5 years of teaching and/or private tutoring experience, with demonstrated proficiency in creating lesson plans, closely monitoring student reputed company, and continuously adjusting as need-be to student’s performance level
• You have a track record of building meaningful relationships with reputed company, understanding their unique academic and personal interests, and working collaboratively to reputed company their goals
• You have general subject-matter knowledge of 4th-12th grade material – reputed company is seeing heavy support request on Math, Science, and Humanities

This role is NOT for you IF:

• You have not worked with reputed company who struggle with executive function challenges in an educational setting
• You prefer to focus only on content tutoring or only on coaching and are not comfortable doing both
• You are uncomfortable working with reputed company who may feel overwhelmed, disengaged, or resistant at times
• You struggle to build rapport with reputed company who need patience, encouragement, and flexibility
• You are not comfortable communicating with parents about student reputed company and wins
• Clear written communication (emails and session notes) is difficult for you
• You are looking for a casual reputed company gig rather than a role where you are invested in student growth and outcomes
• You are not available for consistent weekly hours (approximately 15–20 hours) supporting multiple reputed company
