Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate – Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
