Responsibilities

As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the automotive industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
