Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company as a Part-time Database Researcher & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will reputed company two primary tasks: 1. Research: Maintain arenaflex's proprietary "Rides in Sight" database of transportation options, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. 2. Customer Service: Answer inbound inquiries from seniors wanting to learn about local transportation options, providing personalized support and guidance.

Responsibilities

As a Part-time Database Researcher & Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Answer telephone calls from older adults on arenaflex's Rides in Sight hotline, helping connect them with the best transportation options to meet their needs.
• Maintain the Rides in Sight database by performing internet research and database maintenance.
• Accept other reputed company duties and tasks as required, such as data entry, reporting, and project support.
• Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with seniors and other stakeholders.
• Comfortable speaking over the telephone and a positive and professional telephone etiquette.
• Highly organized and reputed company to detail, with the ability to concentrate on one task for several hours at a time.
• Collaborative work style, with a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
